Guilty secret

We've worked really hard the past few days. We've (almost) seamlessly adjusted to a new routine and (almost) without exception done so graciously. So I (almost) didn't hesitate to swap today for Saturday. It felt naughty. But nice!

So, with our geography project on hold, we watched films, pottered in the garden and generally did as we pleased without so much as opening an exercise book.

I know my guilty conscience will make me pay for this tomorrow. Probably with double maths. But, for now, I'm making the most of this unequivocal advantage of homeschooling!
